Nicolás Cuellar graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia with a philosophy degree. He has been working for the last six years in the production of several short films including '6minutos' (winner of the 2006 Opera Prima film contest) and 'Fue el del Sombrero' (accepted in the 2008 Colombian Film Festival). He has worked for the production company 'Cloc Productions' as Assistant Director and was an offline editor from 2003 until 2008. He worked for Young and Rubicam as their Creative Editor until he won a scholarship (Colfuturo and the Bret Ratner tuition grant) to come to New York. As of August 2008 he's been studying at the New York Film Academy, doing a two-year filmmaker's degree.

Raphaël studied cinema at the 'Université Paris 7' after obtaining a scientific baccalaureate degree. A student in an association called the Camera Club D'Orsay Faculté, he began to formulate his approach to his work on set. In 2006 he worked as an Assistant Director on a feature called 'Taxi4', Europa Corp, directed by Gerard Krawzick. This work allowed him to work as an Assistant Camera for two years following 'Taxi4' until he got into another feature ('Taken', Europa Corp and 20th Fox Century, directed by Pierre Morel) as an Assistant Camera Trainee. After one more year as an Assistant Camera and Director of Photography in short films, he decided to expand his horizons by coming to New York and studying directing to obtain a deeper understanding in creating a complete project.

Ambra spent her last four years living in the UK, where she graduated at the London Metropolitan University in Film and Theatre Studies. She has been working and acting in several theatre productions, including 'Offending the Audience' (based on Peter Handke's 'Offending The Audience and Self Accusation', directed by Christopher Holt) and 'Lost Bodies' (based on the Samuel Beckett novel 'Lost Ones', directed by Anthony Gardner). Deeply involved in the study of actors' training, she has directed a documentary ('Methods') about the application of different acting methods. In 2007 she wrote a prize-winning novel that explores multiple characters' development. Since September 2008 she has been studying filmmaking in New York and is now working on her thesis project.

Jih-E Peng opened her photography studio in 2002, originally specializing in portraits, although she soon began work in fashion and art. Having assisted on shoots with master photographers as David Sims, Lester Lee, Marc Hispard, and Craig McDean, she was able to refine her own style and eye through observation and work with them. She has traveled extensively, primarily through Hong Kong, Paris, London, and New York for her photography. In 2008 she started to work principally as an art photographer, and had her first solo exhibition in Hong Kong that summer. She is currently preparing for a second exhibition in New York City, whilst learning about filmmaking to broaden her horizons and explore cinematography as another creative pursuit. She is Raphaël's partner as a Director of Photography for 'The Big Picture'.
